M4Markets trading journal — how to import your trades

FixyTrade does not connect to M4Markets by name. It connects to your MetaTrader 4 or 5 terminal, wherever your M4Markets account runs — which comes to the same thing, with one step more.

Worth knowing about MetaTrader sync

  • Only the current month is imported. Sync on the 25th and you get the 1st to the 25th.
  • MetaTrader has to stay open on your computer for the sync to run.
  • One MetaTrader instance per trading account, or the accounts mix in FixyTrade.

Questions people ask about M4Markets

Does FixyTrade work with M4Markets?

Can M4Markets trades sync automatically?
Yes, through MetaTrader. Pick MetaTrader 4 or 5 in FixyTrade and paste the FTP details into your terminal.
How far back does the imported history go?
Through MetaTrader, the current month only — the terminal hands over nothing older. Through a CSV file, as far back as your export goes.

Yes. Demo and real accounts both sync, as long as MetaTrader stays open while it runs.
