My past trading data is not imported

Unfortunately, not all trading platforms allow us to retrieve all of your past trading data.

Check below what we can sync:

MetaTrader allows us to import your trading data only for the current month.

For example, if you synchronize your trading account on the 25th of the month, FixyTrade will be able to automatically import all your trades made between the 1st and the 25th of that month.

FXCM's API cannot allow us to import your past trading data. Only the next trades will be added to your FixyTrade account.

XTB's API allows us to import your past trading data.
