Change your email and password

You can change your email or password at any time.

To change your password:

1. In the lower-left corner, click Settings.

2. Choose Profile from the menu.

3. Click Change password.

4. Enter your new secure password

5. Click Update your account password.

If you forget your password, you can reset your password by clicking here and selecting I forgot my password.

Or click here to request a password reset.

You may need to contact customer support at support@fixytrade.com if you:

• Entered the wrong email address and can't access the confirmation code.
